1Fort makes it easy for you identify, prioritize and remediate Issues that will help you lower your cyber risk exposure and enable you to get cyber insurance.
Follow these steps to resolve Issues:
Navigate to the Risk Monitoring screen
Click into any control that is failing
Select the How To Fix tab of that Issue for detailed steps on how to resolve the issue. If the evidence collection for that issue is automated because of a Connector, it will automatically resolve once it is addressed.
Otherwise, you can manually Resolve an issue by following these steps:
Click on the Resolve Manually button
Select a resolution
(Optional) describe in your own words what has been done to resolve this issue and upload additional evidence to back up your comments.
